Yogi in this weeks press that he is looking to sign one or two players.
we need more than 1 or 2 imo

strange decision as we don't have much if any cover at full back or wide midfield.

If you look at the non-playing coaching staff (plus "consultants"), we have Hughes, Shields, Whittaker, Rice and Collins. It would be interesting to see if they'd win a 5s competition against the best of the rest of the squad. They'd maybe need a keeper mind you.
OFW is on the coaching staff, he is coaching himself and Mehmet,

A couple of weeks ago the discussion on talksport was should you be allowed to play new signings for a rearranged fixture. Southampton had a game postponed vs Newcastle and weren't happy that Newcastle would have new players in for the rearranged fixture.
It is an interesting topic and if a rule was in place we would be without Martin,Lawless and Donaldson.
You would have to assume players that have been sold or moved on but who were available for the initial fixture date would be allowed to come back and play for the rearranged game(s)? So we could recall big Vytas and Connolly would be available as would Wighton who could come and sit on the bench

Hopefully Saturday wasnt just a flash in the pan performance, we need to build on that but imo we still badly need 3 or 4 + new players in the next week or so, basically we need a whole new centre midfield and now a(another)centre half despite signing about 500 in the summer
-
Played well and deserved result.
Should have scored more is the only real complaint. Lawless played well and Dow had a good first half

Lewis mccann and todorov as the main striking options, wouldn’t be good enough for league 2 that so **** knows how we’ll survive
Added to the fact half our midfield wouldn't get a game in the lowland league and our defence is a total shambles, we are shaping up great for our league one relegation fight next season

Have you tried the website mate? I got my mate one last night.
Will maybe have a look later.
Being honest i'm not overly fussed for going after watching last weeks."effort" It was bad enough seeing Gavin Reilly and Muirhead get goals against us and this the prospect of Andy Ryan running rings rounds our lackluster defenders doesn't sound like fun 🙂

i never got a ticket so i cant leave after 20 minutes to get a pint in the pub, Will just have to stay in the pub all afternoon now. gutted.

Would be a massive improvement on anything we have imo

I'm not a Sturgeon supporter, BTW, just trying to take the emotion out of it.
Boris doesn't give a ****, Andy, about the man in the street, is probably your answer, emphasised by attending a party at number 10, whilst the rest of us were not allowed to got to funerals, weddings or see family?
And you think Sturgeon gives a **** about the average Joe in the street? She is a total **** and needs challenged on covid issues and on these pointless and damaging restrictions

I wouldn’t want Wighton in the trenches with me
When you are in the trenches you need someone who has ability to get you out, just now we have ****e like pybus and Todd who "work hard" but offer nothing. Id rather a one legged Wighton than either of them. Total duds who should be punted ASAP.

Shields, whitakker and the goalie coach(who coaches himself) can all get in the bin

5 now
Sack the lot of them.

Think we will struggle to shift 500 tickets for the Hamilton game.
Be aswell just jumping on the team bus now before it gets to 5 or 6

Untested C/H pairing and no Connolly, Breen or Dorans. Its going to a tough game
Breen is no loss

0-5...
In all seriousness, it would be good if Allan and pybus played as the deeper midfielders and dorrans played further forward where he can use his quality at the top end of the park, he is useless coming deep to get the ball and ends up just passing it between him and our defenders and we go nowhere while giving the other team time to get organised.
If the above happens would allow Dow to be played wide again also rather than being lost in central midfield
-
Unless we get some decent midfielders we won't win,we might scrape abother draw

Play the ball on the ground rather than lumping it aimlessly up the park and the wind will be less of a issue
