You would expect the club to announce their decision on the managers future today,they have to back him or sack him.

You would imagine the way some of the players have been treated under Hughes would have an impact on who we signed next year if he stays,word would get around.

Thomas and Dorrans reportedly both tried to terminate their contracts while Grant was in charge. Even when Crawford was in charge there was talk of unrest in the dressing room between Thomas and Turner. It could be a good thing that hes away.

Fussball GMBH will be hurting just as much as us and will be embarrassed that people in Hamburg will see that the club they own has been relegated. These men are successful businessmen and wont want their investment to be seen as a failure. I expect them to give the manager a budget that will be capable to be winning the league next season and get us out of this mess. I also expect Yogi to be out the door in the coming days and a new structure in very soon. When they first got involved they said they would be in it through the bad times,lets see if that is true and they get us back up.

Looks like Meggle will be dealing with the transfers maybe. Meggle has a lot of contacts so wouldnt be surprised if a new manager comes in that is unknown to us. I think going by that statement it will be announced shortly that Yogi is away and a new structure in place. I think Whittaker will go to Fleetwood with Brown and Shields will move into a role with the academy which he originally came over to do.

If Yogi goes could we see a young manager coming in and Meggle as DOF?

The board heard the reaction of the fans during the second half and at full time on Saturday, they know they have a big call to make which will determine season ticket sales and fans turning up next season.

I know Todd is a natural midfielder but has been good at right back, so next season we have 3 players contracted who play in that position-Todd,Comrie and McDonald.

Yogi should be out today,he drops two of our creative players in Thomas and Cole out of bitterness because one signs a pre contract and the other one because he asked to be in the starting 11 after scoring vs Ayr. The players Yogi has let go or dropped would have gave us a much better chance of staying up-Vytas,Wighton, Thomas and Cole. His starting 11 and formations have been baffling. He says he cant go 442 until he brings new players in and when he brings in new centre mids he still goes 1 up top!

I would think the board will be meeting today again and they will release a statement today or tomorrow. In the statement it should include Yogi's future and his coaching staff,board restructuring, an update from Fussball GMBH and David Cook on what they plan to do to move the club on and players getting released.

Having a read of the chairmans statement on companies house and its interesting to see he says we followed a thorough recruitment process when appointing Peter Grant. Did we not interview no one else?

I am the same,Barry was well looked after at Kelty and got everything he wanted from new players to a company car. After they won promotion last season he ignored fans waiting in the rain back in Kelty and a committee member had to take him back out the pub to see them, bawbag.

Stuart Kettlewell was close to getting the job after Grant left and still available.

Scott Brown is wanting his own gig as manager. I dont know what the big thing is about Kevin Thomson?he won the league with a massive budget. He would be better staying with Kelty for a wee while longer,just look what happened when Barry Ferguson jumped ship.

Was speaking to David from the club shop after the game on Saturday and he had already had a few people saying to him they wont be renewing if Yogi stays. Will be around 1500 season ticket renewals I would guess if Yogi stays.

The club you would have thought would install a relegation clause as a safety net. I thought Yogi was a good appointment after the job he done with Ross County but it's been a disaster. If we do have to sack him the club will be paying his wage,Petet Grant's and a new managers all next season.

Yogi should be out the door today,lets hope the board have a relegation clause in his contract. If Scott Brown doesnt get the Rovers job,I wouldn't be surprised if he was the new manager with Whittaker as his assistant. I see people are mentioning Kevin Thomson,its a no from me.

I was thinking yesterday,I wonder if the guy that almost bought the club before the germans will come back and try to buy it again? The germans might want out the sinking ship. Have SRJ Windows renewed their sponsorship deal with the club for next season? It was Ross Mcarthur who got them in and they put a significant amount of money in to the club,you wonder now that Ross has left if they will keep the sponsorship going?

You rarely make any money out of a football club

If they try and sell the stadium,Ross and 7 other businessmen have first chance to buy the stadium back. They are definitely going to try and make money for themselves somehow though.

Will be the new training ground etc be put on hold now that we have been relegated? These are the subjects Fussball GMBH and David Cook need to come out and address. You would hope we will hear from the hierarchy at East End this week.
