  1. Just said the fans deserve better than what the players are serving up etc. He was saying he usually gets 10 minutes but was lucky if he got 3. He only told the truth.
  2. Its the old general manager Mikey Mlotkiewicz and Jason Barber. Jason Barber saying in the past he has been pulled in the boardroom for speaking his mind. Colin O'Brien spoke his mind/truth at hospitality last Friday and got cut short. I dont think Mcarthur is to blame here, people in the background with too much input and hes the one getting the brunt of it.
  3. I was speaking to a former player on Friday and he said he wouldnt trust the boys involved with the lifeline and they have done the dirty on a few people at the club. I think the majority of the fans are now realising who the problem at the club is going by Twitter and the other forum.
  4. I have been saying it for years get these hangers on out the club! Jobs for the boys
  5. Have they got it right recently on the financial side? It was mentioned by Ross at a supporters meeting that the club was very close to being in big trouble after AJ was sacked and 2 directors bailed us out.
  6. I wouldnt be offering them a bonus GG,we should not be in this position and money should not be the motivation for them. I would take a draw tonight and hopefully beat them at East End. Montrose/Airdrie will be a harder task.
  7. I am not confident for this one never mind Montrose or Airdrie. The players have totally given up and dont look like they will be up for the fight for the next 2/4 games. You would have to make the winner of Montrose/Airdrie the favourite to go up.
  8. The backlash was too big for them not to do something, they have annoyed the fanbase once again and have had to backtrack. They have tried to fleece us again but enough was enough. You wonder why we bother buying season tickets, lifelines etc when the board have wasted it on poor managerial appointments and players who are not good enough/dont want to be here. The season ticket sales will be lucky to pass the 2k mark next season, people will find other hobbies to spend their money on rather than giving it to the BOD to waste. I will more than likely renew mines but I am far from happy about the way the club is being run. David Cook wont officially start until next season but hes going to have to make big changes if we want to move forward. We need to move on from the old pals act at East End.
  9. Part time football suits him,he has a good day job.
  10. Airdrie charging £12 for adults and £5 for concessions on Saturday against Montrose.
  11. Will be radio silence from the board over this GG,they are fleecing the loyal fans and this decision could impact season ticket sales. You would have thought the new CEO would have read the room and realised the pricing would led to an angry response. We wouldnt be bothered paying £20 for a promotion play off because that is the position the club should be in and not fighting for survival. You used to get some good benefits with having a season ticket but not anymore. £10 for adults and £5 for concessions would have been fair I think.
  12. Vytas was homesick when he first came over but settled in better when his family joined him. He said in an interview he would consider playing in Scotland again. The reason he left was because Yogi told him he couldn't guarantee him game time and he decided it was best to leave for his international career. Wighton is a better striker than anything else we have got at the moment and never really got a consistent run in the team this season.
  13. Queen's Park are putting on a free bus for the game against us as a thankyou to the fans for their support throughout the season.
  14. A disgraceful decision by the BOD to charge the fans £20 for a relegation play off game. We pay £300 for season tickets and £20 a month in to the lifeline and then they have the hard neck to charge us full price for this. Its take take with them and give nothing back to the fans who have backed them every season.
  15. I thought at the time Yogi was a good appointment (he wasnt my first choice) after the job he done at Ross County last season but it's looking like we have got the same Yogi that got relegated with the Rovers. If we get relegated hes got to go because he has failed his target of keeping us up. If he keeps us up would still be questioning if he is the man for the job,the last four performances have been terrible and some of his decisions have been baffling-releasing Vytas, loaning out Wighton and playing McCann up top on his own. The board backed him in January and his signings haven't been good enough.
  16. Rosyth bus was fully booked before the full time whistle last night. For our away form being so poor this season we have still had a good travelling support. The league one teams will be glad its us in the play offs and not Ayr.
  17. What a great cameo performance from the human traffic cone, that will be him probably missing for another 8 games.
  18. No fight or guts in that team. We wont win the play offs,no chance.
  19. You also have the guy who Peter Grant brought in who stands about the dugout.
  20. Alloa train at nights,Yogi said when he got the Alloa job he was hoping Rice could still give a hand. Seen John Collins at Firhill,he gives Yogi advice too.
  21. The treble was even mentioned at one point- league, Scottish Cup and Fairs cup.
  22. If we want to win our performance will need to be a lot better than what the last three have been, nothing short of woeful and how we managed to get 3 out of 9 points is amazing. Yogi has to go for it and put an attacking team out, Thomas on from the start. It's out of our hands now and all we can do is win and hope Ayr drop points.
