Paradox
Reports that Chelsea are going to come in with a renewed bid of £40m for Everton's John Stones.A good signing for Chelsea at that price? The end of John Terry? Good deal for Everton? Some crazy money being spent in England this season already.
Vinnie
A good move for the lad, he'll learn under Terry and Ivanovic and Cahill, plus he'll get used to the success of being at a top club and that can only help England in the long run.Whether or not he'll play enough considering he is now a first pick at Everton is another matter?£40m? Everton should hold out for a little more... they dont need to be a selling club and if they intend to grow as a club by investing in youth, keeping your best young players is a statement of intent
sabino
EFC should take the money while there is still time to fill the gap.
Vinnie
Everton should make sure they have a replacement or two before selling...
DJAS
Would be Alan excellent move for him. As much as I don't like Terry he is a top drawer centre half that Stones could learn from.Everton should hold out till end of window, spend the time just now setting up a replacement.
