Digs Posted November 6, 2021 Report Share Posted November 6, 2021 I would absolutely love McInnes to be their out of nowhere hire, I think it would galvanize the fans and the team and everyone would be behind it. Aside from that, Aberdeen nowadays is showing what a brilliant job he did on a limited budget (relatively speaking). I can’t see us being able to afford him or match his ambitions though. He left Aberdeen with his stock at a reasonable level and he must have had options since them. I called for Meggie to fill in until the end of the season a few weeks ago, with Shields and Whittaker assisting him but if today's line-up and tactics were anything to go by then get the new manager in to plan for league one now.
