Mr Mac
Peter Grant addresses rumours of bust up with Dom Thomas....... apparently no issue between then and DT agrees with Grant's assessment that he doesn't work hard enough off the ball. Fifes Elite
The title is the gist of the article. Looks like the manager feels he is a good player but isn't working hard enough when he loses the ball. Seems to state Thomas agrees and is now working harder... https://www.thecourier.co.uk/fp/sport/football/2532056/dunfermline-peter-grant-dom-thomas/

Incidentally I'll do it publically via the media, but mind I need you to still play for me. Ffs 2
gjs93
id rather him come out with the reason than a half hearted sort of cover up that leaves more questions than answers. this is one of many problems at the moment whatever he says even if/when he is right he cant say it because its him saying it. Superally
I have some sympathy with this, there were times last season where I didn't think DT really gave anywhere 100%. Equally there were times where he ripped teams apart - but the consistency was never always there. He was always on my initial team sheet but after 60mins I would often be thinking - sub him. I suppose the reality is that we cant afford passengers and with DT you didn't always quite know what player was going to turn up. For a whole number of reasons players can have a crap game, its frustrating when it could be one of your best.

scottyboy
Maybe the tonic tae fire him up and start him on Saturday. DT reminds me of Kallum Higging what's his name? Sometimes fantastic, sometimes no.
livipar2
Play in him in his natural position!
rosythpar
Maybe start playing him in his proper position grant and his performances will improve. We all know Thomas is not a centre mid.
gjs93
left midfield v Rangers right midfield v Arbroath any better? nope, arguably worse than when he was in the middle of the park!

If I played alongside him he'd be getting it stinking every week for his lack of work rate off the ball.

rosythpar
It's the lies that Grant comes out with, we all know him and Thomas had a bust up at half time vs partick when he questioned his formation and then a week past Monday,Thomas went in and asked the board to terminate his contract.
