The thing that annoyed me about it was that it's totally random, ie it's done some games but not others. IMO this makes it even more dangerous as you can't see the junctions when you walk out of the ground to know if it is closed or not so you automatically walk into the road, then all of a sudden you've got some dumpling trying to drive through the crowd rather than wait 5 mins for it to disperse.
