rosythpar
Looks likely the last game of the season vs QOS could be to see who goes down automatically or they go on a run and we are relegated before then.

Every game now is a cup final. Win Saturday and we’ll drag Hamilton right into it

He should probably start a match soon, like this Saturday. Think Thomas not starting on Saturday was more down to the formation we ended up playing. Comrie and Dow both played wingback (badly imo) but Thomas defensively isn't good enough to play in that role.
kelty_par
Partick beat queens 1-0 tonight. 2 points off them with a game in hand. Let’s take the positives from Saturday and I’m confident we can get a win v Hamilton
scottyboy
scoring a late penalty. Braw.
scottyboy
Interested in what the good folks on here think would be the best results this weekend. If we win, I'd be happy for QOS to get a point. I still think Hamilton and Morton will be a bridge too far/late to catch. We all want Ayr to fail obviously. We're no needing to see the whole table now. Edited March 25, 2022 by scottyboy If we win and Ayr lose, then we 8th on GD
Superally
A perfect weekend would be a Hamilton, Morton and Pars win. A Hamilton win will take them out of reach IMO so 8th is probably the best we could attain with the number of games left. A Morton / Ayr draw wouldn't be the worst scenario if we had a Pars win leaving us a 1 point behind Ayr with them to play and Morton 3 points ahead with a better goal difference. Ultimately we can look at all the possibilities but we have to do the business ourselves. A draw and point wouldn't be the end of the world but it might be if Ayr win lol and we feck it up lol
SanguinePar
Nice as it'd be to catch Hamilton, at this late stage all that matters is not being 9th or 10th, so I'd go for a Hamilton win, and obviously a Pars win and an Ayr loss. GG Riva
A 6pt gap to QOS at 4.50 pm, would look great, but I'd settle for 4 or even 5 pts, with 5 games to play.
Grant
Morton beating Ayr.
Grant
Hamilton ahead, a draw would be a great point.
Grant
And with Ayr drawing, we're now pretty ****ed. They have a Hamilton side next who have absolutely nothing to play for and struggled to a win against ten man QoTS, we have Raith.
scottyboy
If Ayr win before we play Raith on the Wednesday, it'll be 9th we're chasing. QOS look done now. That 2nd goal has hampered our GD. Hamilton & Morton have nowt to play for, apart from points = £
Raymie
We have three huge home games. It’s up to us
Superally
Really disappointed about losing the 2nd goal. GD could be a significant factor at the death
