Deutsch Par
Then we won't be playing Falkirk. Their home defeat to Cove Rangers today ended any chance they had of making the playoffs.
scottyboy
If we're in the Play Offs, I'm confident we won't get out of them. We're not consistent enough, plus I reckon Airdrie/Montrose have the beating of us over 2 legs. We either terrible, or have hard luck stories in them. Edited April 9, 2022 by scottyboy I wished Falkirk were in them .They're that bad.
Fifes Elite
Shambles of a club. The story of the youth team this week is another of long line of embarrassments for them

Superally
Anything less than 3pts against Ayr, next week and play offs will be very likely
kelty_par
Look at the team that ended the game yesterday, a stark reminder of how brutal our recruitment in the summer was. Has anyone actually seen todorov first to a ball? Absolutely woeful.

GG Riva
If we are destined for the play offs, I'd have loved us to have had the chance to take Falkirk apart in front of a packed EEP. In reply to scottyboy, the play offs are weighted in the Championship team'sfavour, with the 2nd leg at home. I'm not remotely afraid of facing Airdrie, Montrose or Queens Park over two legs. Respect them, yes. Fear them, absolutely not.

I think most of us if we're being honest know getting through 4 games unscathed will be too much for an inconsistent team like DAFC. As I was saying, definitely not confident. DA-go Par Adonis
I don't think we want any part of the play-offs. We look like a good side at East End but would be under enormous pressure and very likely behind in the tie by the time we kicked off the 2nd leg. scottyboy
Nae advantage in having 2nd leg at home. Alloa/ Cowdenbeath? If you were to write a book about our recent form, you'd come up with this. Anyways! Ayr can be beaten to give us a fighting chance. Just need 8th. rosythpar
I wouldn't be confident of us winning the play-offs,we are not consistent enough to come through it unscathed. Still plenty of twists and turns to come in the next three games, our recent home form gives us a chance of finishing 8th.
parsforlife
We quite consistent really, decent ish at home, poor away from home. Even given that we haven’t really had a disastrous result away from home. Few 2 goal defeats against the better sides in the division and some frustrating draws and where we could have done better. Good thing about the play-off set up with being at home 2nd is if we get back to east end level or 1 behind then I’d back our home performances to see us through.
