Deutsch Par
Has left Hibs. Reading into the statement it seems like he was pushed rather than jumped. Didn't seem to get many games at all, looks totally knee jerk to losing the semi. https://www.hibernianfc.co.uk/article/club-statement-shaun-maloney
kelty_par
1 win in last 14 league games, that’s a sackable offence
Digs
Comes into a club that are playing poorly inheriting another managers squad. They immediately sell one of his best strikers, and then proceed to get injury after injury. He then loses his other striker, and he has been given one January transfer window to rebuild the squad and implement his ideas? An absolutely ridiculous situation.
Al k
Awful appointment to begin with, David Gray to take charge in between his music and cutting hair. Edited April 19, 2022 by Al k
DA-go Par Adonis
More of a white ladder than a red letter day for Hibs...
Al k
Sadly the leagues already split so he won't sail away to the top half.
Secure Par
American owners and they like all Americans just change…. Basketball and baseball can see sackings 7-8 weeks in a job….. as for Maloney he was way out of his depth at Hibs to be a full time manager. GG Riva
Hibs sacked an experienced manager and replaced him with one who had none. That's a massive gamble and it's clearly failed. If they're still paying Ross and Potter, they could hold their hands up and ask them to come back. Bizarrely, this practice is quite common in Serie A, where clubs cannot hire a manager currently working for another club in mid season.
