If you narrow it down to hooliganism, clearly Rangers record going back 50 years is there to see (although they will have disappointed many smug finger pointers last night).

There are many other measures however. Two cheeks of the same @rse, both clubs and fans.

The thing that stood out for me regarding their fans was the sheer number of them that disappeared as soon as the pens were over. You've been telling anyone who would listen what a brilliant achievement it was for weeks yet you refuse to acknowledge that yourselves and storm out in a hissy fit without supporting the players who are hurting that got you there? Strange behaviour.

I watched the game in a bar in Dar Es Salaam and was talking to a load of locals and tried my best to explain why I was not 100% behind a team from my own country but gave up after a while as I do not have a year of my life to give up.
