Do we want someone who will instantly win promotion or someone looking towards the long term who will build a team for the future. I would love Jack Ross but can't see him stepping thT far down the leagues. A McIntyre return wouldn't go amiss either. Kevin Thomson has done well as has Murray at Airdrie.
