kelty_par
Shafting creditors and getting to carry on with the other company. Quite a poor show tbh
DA-go Par Adonis
Apparently it's a voluntary liquidation - so we should probably hang fire before proclaiming that creditors are getting 'shafted' or anyone's not getting paid. Lots of people wind up their companies because their focus or circumstances have changed and not necessarily because they're running from paying debts. Let's see how it pans put before casting judgement. Edited June 2, 2022 by DA-go Par Adonis

Doesn’t look good when looking at last account records, nearly 1.2 million due out
DA-go Par Adonis
I'd just wait for the facts to come to light before making judgement. We can then all enjoy a good Braisby bashing if it's clear that he/they have done something unethical or morally questionable.
kelty_par
Yes that’s true I suppose, just not looking great atm from what it looks like. As @rosythpar was saying earlier, does it give the club a bad look having someone on the board that’s just had a company go bust and potentially have screwed over other local businesses? Just have to speak to sub contractors, read reviews and read comments left on the press website.

Aldo a few comments thanking the company for giving local people their apprenticeships and therefore a means to a living. Not all bad news. Anyway, they do show a figure of £1.2m in creditors, but only £382k is due to trade creditors. The majority is attributable to bank loans/overdrafts and tax. The accounts also show £1.44m due in from debtors - £1.42m of which is listed as trade debtors. The have very little cash, however.

Rengade Master
The biggest concern is the charges against the company from Aldermore Bank. These have been renewed each year. For the last 7 years. However never called in. https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/SC059217/charges/hJjZ4Ben_hg1lmmJGPZopCDOv8Q Read the PDF files attached to the charges.
