It would be interesting to know how many arguments he's had with the board in regards to that. You can't hamstring a manager by weakening his team and tell him to p*sh with the c*ck he's got when he is fighting on more than one front and expect him to perform at the same or a higher level when he can't replace the players he lost with the same quality.
