Both teams are on n a worse position today but Forfar have fallen further. A good win in the Scottish Cup is long overdue. If I had to pick one of the loan players to lose it would be Mahon, it’s more a missed opportunity for the player than the club.

He's been a disappointment, expected good things.

Comfortable stuff today, makes a nice change! Thought we toiled a wee bit until we opened the scoring, but after that, it was very straightforward stuff. Good to see Wighton getting a couple more, and KRH looked very useful, hopefully his knock isn't too bad.

A really good performance and win, although the game seemed to die a death in the second half. Forfar looked ok until we scored and then their heads went down - easy to see why they’re bottom of the league.

It feels great to get a first Scottish Cup win in years. Hopefully the start of a good run.

Very comfortable win today, Ritchie-Hosler was impressive as was Mochrie. In truth Forfar never really threatened. Good to see that McPake had put out a strong side although i would have liked to see some more of the youngsters feature after the 4th goal. (However, I'm not sure how many subs you are allowed for cup games?). We have a good chance to progress further in the cup and it would be good to have another side we haven't played in a while, or perhaps not at all. COYP

That wasn't anything like a tricky Forfar Cup tie.  Ended up beating England in disguise today.

Comfortable afternoon.

KRH a clear highlight,  shame munro went to 80s thuggery and decided putting the in a disgusting challenge with the only intent to injure him was acceptable, no idea how that's not a red,  hope he bounces back quickly.   Him mochrie and wighton on the pitch looks a promising answer to when we are struggling going forward. 

On the overall game,  we have plenty of people who love a moan, I'm certainly not shy in opening my mouth when things aren't going well,  but moaning cos we're doing the professional thing and keeping possession at 3/4 up is mental, we had already done more than enough to win and forfar had accepted defeat,  wtf is the point in pushing for more goals?  

I think we could have maybe slightly adjusted the subs but mcpake will have his reasons,  personally I'd have brought edwards off instead of comrie and have give tod a game at the same time we brought sutherland on.  maybe even started the whole sub process off 10-15 minutes earlier but that's minor tweaks really.

Comfortable win and good to see another clean sheet with 4 goals from us. Just keep plugging away.
