Digs
If Charlie D's is open, there is usually a few from here in there, myself, Piracy and Superally, amongst others. If both are open, go to Charlie D's.
Piracy
As Digs has said, I'll be in Charlie Ds before the game (along with others). I'll try and find out if it's likely to be open beforehand. If it is, we'll have live music on. Much better than Legends being honest.
Eastendtales
Hopefully they'll have staff this week? Feels like they're sort of numbers recently.
Piracy
Yeah, been an issue for a few month. Hopefully, they're on top of it soon as it's obviously lost revenue.
Superally
With talk of Charlie D’s being open this weekend it must mean that the Pars are at home and the opposition is Alloa Athletic. With only 11 games left to play results are all important and Alloa like every other team will make sure this is another though encounter. Recent form over the past 6 matches see the Wasps sit just behind the Pars in the form table with three wins, a draw and two defeats. Their recent double header against title challengers Falkirk with a draw and a narrow loss emphasised the Pars will have to be at their very best to avoid a potential banana skin. On their last outing they recoded a decent 1-0 win against Montrose. Altogether this puts the Wasps fourth in the league and pushing for a play off place. Currently they are the fourth highest goals scorers (Equal with the Pars) with 42 goals but defensively they have the third best defence with 35 goals against. This far the Pars have managed reasonable success, earning 6pts in our previous games with a 1-0 home win (Todd) and a 3-0 away win with goals from Comrie, Todd and Wighton. There is the potential for a “sting in the tail” and there is no time for complacency – the Pars have to be off the mark from the start and not to wait until the second 45 to perform. Recent for shows the Pars over the past 6 games have netted 14 goals compared to Wasps 5 and even though the home form is not great there should be enough for us to edge a narrow 2-1 win. GG Riva
You've summarised that very well, Ally. Alloa will be a tough nut to crack, especially at home, where paradoxically we find it harder, perhaps because our opponents are harder to break down. A single goal may once again be decisive....
Piracy
If we don't win at home, I don't think we'll win this league.
Piracy
What I meant to add was my score prediction, 2-0 Pars.
rosythpar
A win is a must on Saturday. I think it will be a tight game with the pars edging it out 1-0.
scottyboy
2-1 win, reckon the other lot is a banker 3 points. Would set us up nicely for the Tuesday big one.

It's normally a Monday, or Wednesday if we have a game on the Tuesday. Superally can rest easy now. 😉
